1. Digital Products (eBooks, Printables, Toolkits, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
We do not offer refunds for:

2. Physical Products (Books, Bundles, Printed Materials)
If you purchased a physical product directly from Aligned Books Publishing™ (e.g., through our website), and it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or replacement:

If you purchase our products via a third-party retailer such as Amazon, please note that all returns, refunds, and customer service requests must be directed to that retailer’s customer service team.
