This Digital Products Terms of Use governs the use of all digital content and resources (including but not limited to eBooks, printables, toolkits, downloads, and online materials) offered by Aligned Books Publishing™ and, where indicated, our sister brand Empower Their Potential™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Ownership and Copyright

All digital products are the intellectual property of Aligned Books Publishing™ and, where specified, Empower Their Potential™, and are protected by international copyright laws.

You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or downloading our content. All rights are reserved unless expressly granted.

2. Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-use licence to:

  • Download and use the product for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Print copies for use within your own household or classroom (if applicable).

You may:

  • Use the resource for your own parenting, home education, or teaching purposes.

  • Print it as many times as needed for your own children or students.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the files or printed versions to others

  • Upload files or printouts to public websites, forums, or shared drives

  • Alter, edit, or claim the content as your own

  • Use any part of our content commercially, unless expressly permitted

🚫 This includes using our materials in paid classes, printed books, coaching packages, or membership programs.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
